Welcome to the Villages of Kymenlaakso!
Kymenlaakso Villages Association (Kymenlaakson Kylät ry) is a regional federation of villages — one of 19 such organizations in Finland. We operate in the Kymenlaakso region in South-Eastern Finland as an advocate and developer for the shared interests of village and resident activities. Our membership includes about 75 village associations and municipalities in the area. Our umbrella organization is the Finnish Villages Association (Suomen Kylät ry), which represents around 4,000 villages across Finland.
